Guiding principle: Organize one's own time and work with time and self-management so that these resources can be used sensibly and optimally for oneself.

There are many ways to plan one's work tasks. Everyone must find the right way for himself. Many ways can also be combined.
Examples:
The good old notebook - whether as a book or very modern in electronic form. Tasks can be entered here and crossed out after completion.
To-do list with deadlines and column to check off
Crossing off the tasks gives a positive feeling and shows the success of the completed work at the end of the day.
Many of our used programs are also helpful here:
Outlook: set tasks in list, use reminders
OneNote: e.g. in Notes of meetings, mark the resulting tasks directly as task. These can also be merged with Outlook.
