Guiding principle: Organize one's own time and work with time and self-management so that these resources can be used sensibly and optimally for oneself.

Now we dedicate ourselves to task planning:

There are many ways to plan one's work tasks. Everyone must find the right way for himself. Many ways can also be combined.

Examples:

The good old notebook - whether as a book or very modern in electronic form. Tasks can be entered here and crossed out after completion.

To-do list with deadlines and column to check off

Crossing off the tasks gives a positive feeling and shows the success of the completed work at the end of the day.

Many of our used programs are also helpful here:

Outlook: set tasks in list, use reminders

OneNote: e.g. in Notes of meetings, mark the resulting tasks directly as task. These can also be merged with Outlook.
