Project Management Checklist

What are your small secrets that make the difference from your experience?

All of us have work to get done. When goals become challenging in complex or new environments, time and resources are limited, you face an increasingly overwhelming number of tasks with seemingly unmanageable dependencies – you are in the centre of your next exciting project.

But of course, as you know, you are not alone, and we are here to help.

For the challenging work far from routine, a structured approach can help to get you started and break down the unreachable target into a manageable and, in the end, successful project.

1.      First of all, set the objectives and deliverables S.M.A.R.T. (please look it up if you don't know) together with the stakeholders you identified

2.      Create a work breakdown structure (WBS) to slice overwhelming deliverables into solvable tasks and gather the requirements, dependencies and sequence will become apparent

3.      Time to identify the remaining resources required and allocate them in order to create a schedule and optimize it for the best fit

4.      Never forget to monitor your progress and communicate!

5.      Keep all stakeholders and the project team up to date and in touch

What should never be forgotten in project management from your point of view?
