Your Responsibilities

  • Implementation of customer projects, 
  • Project management from the initial design phase to Go Live, including follow-up support, 
  • Analysis, design, and implementation of solutions based on customer requirements. 

 

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in informatics, engineering, business informatics, natural sciences or equivalent degree, 
  • Skills in solution design, 
  • Good working experience of networks and infrastructure, 
  • In-depth knowledge from at least one of the following areas 
    • Windows Client and Server 
    • Unified Communication 
    • System Center Solution 
    • Cloud Infrastructure

Backoffice Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities 

  • General office duties (internal and external correspondence, mail handling, phone calls, purchasing, materials administration, statistics), 
  • Contract processing and evaluation of suppliers, 
  • Organizational and administrative tasks, 
  • Customer care and acquisition 
  • Planning and management of appointments and preparation of meetings,  
  • Planning and organization of business trips and events,  
  • Assistance with order processing,  
  • Billing and monitoring receipts of payments, 
  • Preparing accounting (external) 
  • Preparing presentations 
  • Service trips 

 

Your Qualifications 

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable office and administrative experience,
